Note: There is a John and a Moses Mulkey in St George's Parish, Savannah, Ga. in 1770 petitioning for land for they had been there a while and now had a wife and children.
Does anyone know if these Mulkeys are related to the Mulkeys in Franklin Co and So. IL?
